**Job Summary**
Responsible for directing, leading and administering construction projects including design, budgeting, and scheduling. Exercise due diligence regarding new construction, remodels, new/specific business initiatives, other capital improvements, and investments.
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
+ Manages construction projects, remodel programs and other capital related to construction expenses.
+ Participates in pre-development activities, in partnership with Real Estate Managers, including site analysis, cost estimates, lease reviews and development agreements to ensure cost effective solutions are attained.
+ Oversees the scheduling, budgeting and financial reporting and compliance of ongoing construction projects. Manages budget; continually reviewing for cost savings and process improvements.
+ Interacts and communicates with departments such as Real Estate and Operations, and internal support teams including Information Technology, Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety and Logistics.
+ Looks for methods to reduce construction costs and duration of projects on an ongoing basis.
+ Reviews and may approve related contract documentation.
**Nature and Scope**
+ Solutions require analysis and investigation.
+ Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
+ Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
**Work Environment**
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Education and Experience**
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and support business intelligence tools used to provide real-time information critical to decision making and partnering with key stakeholders to identify, design and implement tools intended to improve processes through automation
Perform data analysis to support sourcing and purchasing decisions, focusing on cost optimization and supplier performance.
Leverage ERP systems, particularly SAP, to manage and enhance procurement processes.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing workflows and improve supplier management.
Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Navigate and adapt to customer portals and internal systems, learning processes quickly.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, supporting strategic procurement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or related roles.
4+ years of experience with ERP systems.
4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP.
Proficiency in procurement analytics, with expertise in cost analysis and supplier evaluation.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven ability to decipher complex data, derive actionable insights, and recommend next steps.

Experience with Ariba.
Familiarity with Fieldglass.
SAP P2P purchasing applications (ECCP, IMWM, MM, SRM/MDM, SAP Ariba)
SQL and experience with relational databases (RDBMS)
SAP query tools, Business Warehouse (BW), SPM, Bex
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) principles
