As the Senior Attorney, Supply Chain, you will lead the negotiation and execution of supplier contracts across all spend categories-including direct, indirect, IT, and logistics-ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risk. You will work closely with the global procurement team to identify potential legal challenges and craft contractual strategies that safeguard the company from supply disruptions. Your approach to contract negotiations will be both strategic and creative, reflecting the dynamic and competitive nature of the markets in which Eaton operates. - No relocation being offered for this position candidates must be located within a 50 mile radius of Arden NC, Beachwood OH, Davenport IA, Moon Township PA, Raleigh NC or Waukesha WI to be considered.
