The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Wireless Semiconductor Divisions Logistics and Physical Distribution departments. This position relates to all activities involved in the management of product movement; that is, delivering the right product to the right place at the right time for the right price. This includes managing the distribution of goods, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all shipping and receiving processes. The Logistics Manager will be a key leader in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service. Manage and lead a team comprised of Distribution Supervisors, Logistics Analysts and Logistics Support personnel responsible for ensuring compliance with local and global trade regulations and freight payment. Stay abreast of changes in international trade laws, regulations and transportation market conditions and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Develop and implement Logistics, Distribution and Trade Compliance policies and procedures.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,900 - $171,000
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
