We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in South Miami who thrives at the intersection of data accuracy, planning, and procurement. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable working with high-SKU product lines in a regulated environment, where accuracy and problem-solving matter as much as system experience.

This is 100% in office role. Not remote or hybrid options available.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain master data integrity, item setups, and bill of materials.
  • Prepare and evaluate materials requirements and stocking plans to support customer service levels.
  • Place purchase orders, follow up with vendors, and expedite as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support decisions on make vs. buy, reorder points, and vendor/component rationalization through data analysis.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related analytical field.
  • 4+ years of relevant supply chain, operations, or purchasing experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, macros; Power Query/Power BI a plus).
  • Experience managing high SKU volumes in industries such as medical device, consumer goods, manufacturing, or pharma.
  • Familiarity with FDA/ISO or other regulated environments preferred.
  • ERP system knowledge; APICS certification or Microsoft Dynamics GP experience a plus.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and MRO/MRE Operations, proactively identifying solutions for material shortages and indirect procurement challenges. This role participates in production and material management meetings, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports timely asset availability through effective vendor management and procurement processes. Key objectives include increased asset utilization, inventory optimization, and improved financial performance. The Analyst leverages inventory management tools and data insights to recommend solutions and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Align and execute global supply chain initiatives in support of business targets.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk assessments to evaluate supply chain projects.

  • Maintain storing schedule in Supply Chain Management systems based on loading information provided by logistics, purchasing and marine operations.
  • Research issues in database as requested by users and determine if problem requires assistance from system support or purchasing management.
  • Test documented issues, enhancements and reports related to purchasing. Aid in testing ancillary issues pertaining to ship side functionality, receiving, accounting and transmission, as requested by database systems and approved by management. The incumbent is a key stakeholder in the Relex replenishment system and in the replenishment activities across Pet Supermarket Supply Chain business areas. This role will maintain assigned categories to optimize inventory levels in stores and warehouses, incorporating business intelligence gathered from category management and marketing along with industry insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify the root causes of issues such as out-of-stocks and aged inventory through the collection and analysis of data and provide recommended solutions.

  • To utilize Demand Planning systems, adhering to the concepts underpinning the Allocation and Replenishment Strategy.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Assistant Director of Supply Chain Operations is responsible for the daily operations of all functions assigned by the Supply Chain Director within the facility. The Assistant Director will be assigned all supply chain responsibilities for selected campuses within the facility. The Assistant Director of Supply Chain Operations assists in integrating the department's services with the hospital's primary functions, develops/implements policies and procedures that guide or support service, assesses and improves department performance, and ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff as assigned. **Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Facility Supply Chain Equipment Coordinator is responsible for initial receiving, asset tagging, delivering, returning and maintenance of rental medical equipment within the consolidated service centers. The Equipment Coordinator is also responsible for all administrative functions associated with the equipment including managing all entry and exit forms, and reviewing monthly rental report and invoices. + Asset tagging and ensuring cleanliness of new equipment.
+ Maintaining all rental medical equipment with the Biomed team.
+ Managing and maintaining all paperwork related to equipment, including entry and exit forms, and rental invoices.
+ Review, audit, and retain all monthly rental reports and invoices, and report any discrepancies to the facility Supply Chain Director (SCD) and/or designee.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with rental equipment vendors.
+ Guarantee that all rental equipment is returned properly and in a timely manner as outlined.
+ Review all stats orders for rental equipment made at the facilities on the next business and taking appropriate action e.g. return, redeploy, approve.
+ Review monthly division rental report to discover opportunities to acquire rental equipment.
+ Maintain effective communication with customers, co-team leaders, equipment technicians, and the management team.
