**The Role at a glance:**
We are looking to add an experienced district manager to join our Trio Community Meals team. As a district manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple high volume production units, ensuring leadership and guidance in operations, finances, human resources and client relationships, while providing direct supervision to the facility Food Service Directors. **This role will be approximately 60-70% travel and will oversee units in the MN, IA, NE, MO, KY and IN areas.**

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Manager has direct oversite of one or more areas within the same region. The Regional Manager has financial responsibility for assigned region’s company goals and objectives, to include meeting revenue and profitability goals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Electrical Industry, and ability to oversee and prepare bids/pricing in collaboration with the estimating group and managers
- Responsible for Area P&L within predetermined company parameters; oversight of financial forecasting, costs to complete and WIP reviews
- Responsible for all operations activities within the region, which may include obtaining and maintaining electrical licensing.
- Responsible for growing revenue opportunities and building sales pipeline, either directly or through the team; Partner with business development to maximize sales opportunities and execute sales strategy within the region.
- Ensure all operating costs are being monitored closely and maintained within budget as compared to revenue.
- Ensure billing and project close out process if completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for developing and growing the management, supervision, and skilled workforce within the region.
- Maintain, monitor, and look for continuous improvement in all aspects of safety, quality, customer service, and productivity.
- Focus on core employee retention and reducing turnover by maintaining a high level of employee engagement.

**Qualifications** :
_Required:_
+ University Degree in business management or equivalent experience
+ 7+ years or work related experience
+ TS/SCI w/ poly is required
+ Experience working with Government clients, specifically within the Intelligence Community
+ Demonstrated leadership in successfully managing complex projects with large number of personnel, equipment and mission support operations required.
+ Management experience in contingency support operations.
+ Skilled at working collaboratively in a complex operations environment and driving performance achievement and improvements, including logistics and resource management
+ Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
+ Excellent leadership, decision-making, verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

+ Advanced degrees and certifications are desired, for example IT process improvement and/or capability framework (e.g. ITIL (current version), COBIT, ISO etc.) (possibly disappears with CACI required quals)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
