**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Benchmark industry practices and maintain knowledge of global D&I trends, regulatory environments, and innovations.

+ Serving as an expert resource to leaders and HR on inclusionary practices and programs.

**Compensation Information:**

Job Description

The Patient Engagement Senior Manager within the Patient Inclusion team is responsible for leading and operationalizing innovative strategies to enhance inclusive patient engagement, leveraging digital tools (including the AbbVie Research Collaborative (ARC) / Patient Council (PC) platform) to expand and diversify AbbVie's clinical research network. The role will champion equitable trial access, deliver excellent stakeholder experiences, and drive growth of our patient community.
Responsibilities:
+ Own the operational execution of patient engagement within the AbbVie Research Collaborative (ARC) / Patient Council (PC) platform, including managing the inbox, responding to inquiries, curating and distributing monthly newsletters, and designing/executing patient insight surveys and development and maintenance of the overall process.
+ Execute pre-defined outreach campaigns by following established schedules, using approved templates, and coordinating logistics for campaign delivery; monitor immediate feedback and report issues.
+ Select, manage, and evaluate vendors for patient outreach and advertising, ensuring high-quality results and brand alignment.
+ Compile monthly engagement metrics and insight data into standardized report templates, distributing reports via presentation slides to business stakeholders to inform strategy.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally, liaising directly with the ARC / PC technology team to organize regular update meetings, track project action items, and ensure follow-up with cross-functional teams based on project plans set by leadership.
+ Regularly update internal documentation on ARC capabilities, distribute capability summaries to relevant teams, and collect feedback for process improvements
+ Share best practices and learnings across the clinical trial portfolio and external forums to advance AbbVie's leadership in inclusive research.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced degree is desirable.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of pharma-related/clinical research experience or equivalent
+ 3-5 years of study or project management
+ Working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines preferred.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders; ability to communicate persuasively with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements; demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity
+ Strategic thinker with excellent business aptitude; highly analytical and leverages data to drive the business and continuous improvement

As the Staff D&I Partner, Tech Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the customers we serve. You'll lead the charge in executing our global strategy for external diversity and inclusion (D&I) partnerships and events, with a focus on attracting top tech talent from every corner of the talent pool.
