The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. The **Strategic Planning Manager** acts as an internal consultant and facilitator for overall Strategic Planning activities and processes relevant to the BayCare Health System. Areas of focus include BayCare Health System's various divisions (e.g. ambulatory, inpatient, physician, homecare, post-acute, nursing, pharmacy), system-wide service lines, associated hospitals (e.g., general acute, tertiary, behavioral health) and an employed multispecialty physician group.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leading senior management in the design and implementation of project plans to frame our health system strategic initiatives, and meet deliverables and target deadlines, managing multi-disciplinary strategic planning projects ranging from single projects to complex engagements with multiple workstreams for the development of plans in support of service lines, hospitals, and other areas of the care continuum.
+ Analyzing current and future market and population data, synthesizing business intelligence, industry and market trends/data into information and knowledge to drive strategic decision making.
+ Supporting analyses of business development opportunities, conducting future geographic footprint studies including prioritization for key components of the care continuum (e.g. physician, ambulatory, inpatient).
+ Supporting the strategic study component of evaluating potential joint ventures and acquisitions, developing historical, current and projected market and facility demand for healthcare services, completing physician community and strategic manpower analyses.
+ Monitoring and reporting State regulatory activities, and supporting community health needs assessment activities.
+ In the management of the activities above, the Strategic Planning Manager, in coordination with their direct supervisor and other strategic planning managers, may train, supervise, mentor and manage the performance of the other team members in the department.

Summary:
The Director, Strategic Planning prioritizes, plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Planning Department(s) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, industry standards, and regulations that govern the organizational enterprise. These efforts will be taken to ensure that the organizational goals are achieved within the highest degree of quality, service, and team member engagement.
Responsibilities:
+ Develops and refines the organization's strategic plan, including identifying and assessing potential strategic initiatives.
+ Manages business development and planning issues with facilities operations utilizing knowledge of the healthcare organization, as well as administration ofapplicable standards and laws.
+ Utilizes knowledge of principles to coordinate interactive planning, participatory management and influence management.
+ Executes strategy and problem solving to spot trends and developments to direct the development of business plans and performance improvement.
+ Directs the development of business plans and performance.
+ Coordinates in-depth business profile research on prospects and competitors.
+ Analyzes market research and identifies new opportunities and prospects for growth.
+ Leads the implementation of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
+ Effectively communicates the strategic plan and its implementation to senior leadership, employees, and stakeholders.

+ BS or BArequired.
+ Five (5) years' healthcare management level experience in strategic planning, business development,market research or related executive area.
+ The ability to analyze complex information, identify opportunities and risks, and develop effective strategies.
+ The ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build relationships,
+ The ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.
+ A strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Preferred
+ MS, MA, or Advanced Degree

This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
As our Strategic Planning Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel heard and valued. You'll handle incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, gathering essential customer information and booking service calls. You will also coordinate with field personnel, ensuring schedules are managed efficiently. When customers have concerns, you'll be the problem solver who provides reassurance and solutions.
