Job Description
The Document Processing Specialist role produces documents that are compliant, error-free, and
formatted based on the styles and templates requirements determined by the project scope and in
accordance with Client's standard operating procedures (SOPs). Inherent
to the Document Processing Specialist role is an assurance of quality standards through adherence
with electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD), International Council for
Harmonisation (ICH) guidance, and other procedural standardizations as required. This assurance of
quality is required in the retrieval and archival of files through a variety of document management
systems; as well as specifications related to navigation, manipulation, and formatting. In addition to the
confidential handling of and production of documents, the Document Processing Specialist generates
production reports, updates, manages, and prioritizes projects within SharePoint; and ensures the special
handling of projects categorized as "quick turnaround".
As an extension of document production, the Document Processing Specialist role provides oversight for
any assigned documentation workflows, which can include review, preparation, evaluation, audit,
coordination, publication, distribution, and maintenance. Additionally, the Document Processing
Specialist role provides supplemental administrative support to members of the business unit.

This position will be responsible for processing all releases and assignments to ensure they are recordable with the county. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that legal descriptions, conformed copies, coversheets, and copies of the mortgage/DOT are attached as needed. - Create clone in Oracle for the POA and updates page count.
- This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
