Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a recovery-focused, rehabilitative, and integrated behavioral health program for youth & adults with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders. - Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
- Manage backroom by organizing our products, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels in partnership with the account manager of the store. Utilizing FIFO training to ensure timely sales of product.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A STORE SUPERVISOR
As a Store Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing employment-related services to the community by participating in all areas of the store's daily operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE SUPERVISOR
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one (1) year retail experience.
- One (1) year supervisory experience.
- Knowledgeable in merchandising and industry trends.
- Ability to operate a cash register, count money and make change.
- May be required to successfully complete and maintain:

- Works with staff to ensure donations reach the sales floor within 24 hours.
- Complete monthly Goals and Objectives with Supervisor.
- Clean up all work areas at the end of each shift.
- Clean toppers and replaces merchandise as needed.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety rules; Report accidents or injuries immediately.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality regarding Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona, Inc. and persons receiving services.
