**The Role: Associate Director, Commercial Marketing - S&P Dow Jones Indices**
As a vital member of the S&P Dow Jones Indices' global marketing team, this position is responsible for driving awareness and adoption of S&P DJI offerings and index-linked products, with a particular emphasis on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Partner Marketing initiatives. This role will prioritize the cultivation and overall day-to-day coordination of strategic co-marketing opportunities with a key commercial partner(s), ensuring seamless alignment with the overarching objectives of S&P Dow Jones Indices.
Responsibilities:
As part of the North America Commercial Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving market share, revenue, and lead generation by connecting marketing activities to specific commercial outcomes, focusing on:
**Account Based Marketing (ABM** **)** **/** **Partner Marketing:**
+ Support theday-to-day coordination, development and execution of ABM/partner Marketing strategies to cultivate and expand relationships in North America.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders on coordination of co-marketing relationshipsto create initiatives that drive mutual growth and enhanced market presence.
+ Develop tailored marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with S&P DJI's commercial priorities.
**Program Management:**
+ Oversee the performance of partner marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring transparent metrics analysis to inform decision-making for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Emphasis and focus on collaboration across S&P Global's cross-divisional client opportunities.
+ Partner directly with sales and product management to ensure alignment and achieve strategic commercial outcomes.
Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of professional experience in financial services in a B2B or B2B2C environment (index provider, exchange, fund/ETF issuer, wire-house, brokerage or wealth manager an advantage).
+ Foundational understanding of the primary uses of indices and index-based products, and overall understanding of the investment management landscape.
+ Strongclient relationship management and communication skills, with experience in ABM/partner marketing and product marketing preferred.
+ Self-starter and experience in reporting commercial results and actionable outcomes, with the ability to translatestrategic plans into operational campaigns.
+ Excellent project/program management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple business needs effectively with tight deadlines.
+ Ability to engage with various levels of management including C-suiteand stakeholders across the organization.
+ A forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities within the S&P DJI opportunity set.
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
