Join us to help create a meaningful and impactful environment for our middle and high school youth as they participate in our youth development programs! From checking students in, to serving food, to setting up and breaking down, you'll have the chance to create a safe space for students to learn life skills, character, and job readiness assets through our year long youth program. We have several roles available on our "Dream Team" including hospitality, food service, youth engagement, making sweet treats and more!

The program currently runs weekly on Tuesday evenings, 5:30-9:30pm for 10 weeks from January-March, once monthly during April-August, and weekly on Thursdays for 10 weeks September-November. It is not required to be present at every session, though consistency is preferred.

The ideal candidate has a passion for seeing youth thrive, and has a welcoming and hospitable attitude to help our youth have a meaningful experience. Prior experience with youth programs is a bonus, but not required. All candidates must pass a background check and complete a Child Safety Training video series.

As a mentor you meet with them twice a month (as a minimum) to give emotional and practical support, as well as offering guidance through development milestones.(eg. tests, learning to drive, relationships etc) The goal is for them to feel supported and equipped to navigate life.

We also ask that you commit for at least a year; consistency and 'showing up’ is a crucial part of what our programs are all about. Hopefully this relationship will last a lifetime! Research tells us that consistent and healthy relationships play a crucial role in healing for a youth who has experienced trauma in their lives. This is an opportunity to help play a part. The minimum age for mentoring in our program is 22.

You would be assigned a Case Manager who would carefully match you with a young person, and is a constant support and source of information as you navigate your mentoring journey.

Cultivate new and existing client relationships. Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business. Drive business through key product pillars.
**Service:** Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch; your personal touch. Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors identified within the TEI program (Voice of Client Survey) and with Tiffany client experience vision. Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on TEI performance and client feedback.
**Qualifications:**
Required Qualifications
Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
Proven track record in achieving sales results.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
+ Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ A college/university degree.
+ Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
+ Proficiency in multiple languages.
