The successful candidate will serve as both a liaison and laborer on-site, assisting the Project Manager to ensure tasks are completed correctly and the site is well-maintained.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate Skid Loader to fix ruts on site and fill them with gravel.
+ Utilize Telehandler to deliver materials to different areas of the site.
+ Communicate with subcontractors about incoming materials and tasks needing completion on-site.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
+ Move and stage equipment and materials.
+ Perform sweeping and build temporary walls, windows, doors, and fencing.
+ Repair framing, drywall, and miscellaneous items upon project completion.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction and site clean-up
+ Able to read a tape measurer
+ Valid DL
+ Proficiency in operating hand and power tools
**Work Environment**
The role involves working at new construction sites, building from the ground up, with large projects involving multiple trades. Safety is prioritized as projects are highly visible. Work independently with minimal supervision, alongside a smaller team of around 4-5 people. Dress code includes work boots, jeans, and a shirt without holes. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with potential summer overtime.
