**What you will do**
As a Senior Technology Consultant Dynamics 365 CRM you will be part of a global team, collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, core team members, and several members of the leadership team, in the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group. You will work in an environment focused on cross-functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation, promoting an agile mindset and ways of working, with our internal network of employees and external partners, across all areas of the Volvo Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of integrated Dynamics 365 CE modules, especially Customer Service, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security across Power Platform and Azure components.
- Design and implement robust integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, ADF, and REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Build and manage data pipelines for analytics, design interactive Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and insights tools supporting safety data visualization and decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps tailored to business processes and user experience needs.
- Create and manage Power Automate Flows to automate case lifecycles, notification handling, and other business processes.
- Deploy and configure necessary Azure services to support Dynamics integrations, telemetry, and security monitoring.
- Monitor, diagnose, and tune performance issues in D365 apps, flows, and Azure components to ensure optimal operation.
- Lead peer reviews, enforce coding standards, manage branching strategies, and oversee release cycles via Azure DevOps.
- Play a key role in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Break down business requirements into technical tasks and deliver in iterative releases.
- Liaise regularly with business users, product owners, and external vendors to capture evolving needs and translate them into solution specs.
- Conduct demos, create user documentation, and facilitate training sessions for business users and junior developers.
- Ensure all developed components adhere to organizational security policies, GDPR, and data governance standards.
- Guide junior developers on Dynamics 365 and Azure best practices, solution patterns, and technical troubleshooting.
- Handle escalated issues from production environments, triage critical incidents, and maintain SLA-bound support operations.

+ Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing, configuring and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a leadership role
