We are currently searching for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position would report to our Director of E-Commerce and help to manage and execute ROMAN’s various B2B and B2C internet initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for helping to develop and to support our various internet initiatives. This position will coordinate our item set-up, manage and maintain products and product information (copy, images, videos) on B2B and B2C sites. This will include monitoring sales performance and providing data-based recommendations to their Director/Management for updates to product selections and inventory adjustments. This person will assist in the marketing of these efforts through the crafting and sending of emails to customers and maintaining of social media presence. This person will adjust the presentation of the site to improve sales and user experience. This person may assist in supporting additional web initiatives, including ROMAN’s corporate website and Sales Representative website, ensuring content is current and correct.

This role will be a key support for our streaming and sales efforts across major digital service providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
