About the Role:

The Psychiatrist (Psychiatrist) is an integral member of Community Reach Centers Medical Services-MDs (Division) Division. The Psychiatrist under limited supervision, provides psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning and medication management at the site(s) assigned. Participates as a member of a treatment team and assures Clinicians receive appropriate psychiatric input. Additionally, the Psychiatrist will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Chief Medical Officer.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide psychiatric assessment, pharmacological management, medication education, treatment planning and psychotherapy.
  • Consults with Clinicians, Case Managers, and other program staff and family members of consumers for ongoing clinical needs and treatment plans.
  • Coordinates and attends meetings as needed
  • Documents intervention and program activity and maintains accurate and timely clinical records according to Division policies and procedures.
  • Maintains confidentiality of consumer records
  • Keeps current on research and state of the art knowledge regarding mental illness, especially psychopharmacology of major mental illness according to prevailing standards from professional organizations and community.
  • Provides leadership to the treatment team but empowers, supports, and utilizes the skills, experience, and knowledge of non-medical team members
  • Provides and receives feedback using conflict resolution and problem-solving skills when identifying gaps in program and program planning.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should be board certified or board eligible. Experience relevant to clinical setting with understanding of chronic mental illness, dual diagnosis, mental illness/substance abuse disorders, and adults or children/adolescents.

  • Holds an MD or DO degree from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school
  • Completed US residency program
  • Licensed in Colorado
  • Valid DEA License and BLS Certificate every 2 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Avanos is seeking a Senior Salesforce B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions for both B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms. This role will focus on customizing and extending Commerce Cloud capabilities, integrating with SAP ERP and third-party services, and ensuring high-performance, scalable commerce solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, API integrations, and UX/UI wireframing with Figma, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to enhance Avanos' eCommerce ecosystem.

This role will be required to be onsite at our Alpharetta Corporate office as well as at our Innovation and Development Lab, located in the Corporate Innovation Center at Georgia Tech in Midtown Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce Cloud Development & Implementation

  • Design and develop customized B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to support Avanos' eCommerce strategy.
  • Implement and extend Commerce Cloud Digital, Page Designer, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and B2B Commerce functionalities.
  • Develop custom APIs, batch processes, and integrations for seamless data exchange between Salesforce and backend systems.
  • Customize and configure Product Catalogs, Pricing, Promotions, Shopping Cart, Checkout, business processes within Salesforce and Order Management workflows.
  • Enhance user experience and storefront design using Figma wireframes and prototypes before implementation.
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly storefronts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC.
  • Optimize search and navigation using Salesforce Einstein AI and Site Search enhancements.
  • Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support application functionality.

Security, Compliance & Performance Optimization

  • Ensure all development meets Avanos' security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Avanos is seeking a Senior Salesforce B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions for both B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms. This role will focus on customizing and extending Commerce Cloud capabilities, integrating with SAP ERP and third-party services, and ensuring high-performance, scalable commerce solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, API integrations, and UX/UI wireframing with Figma, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to enhance Avanos' eCommerce ecosystem.

This role will be required to be onsite at our Alpharetta Corporate office as well as at our Innovation and Development Lab, located in the Corporate Innovation Center at Georgia Tech in Midtown Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce Cloud Development & Implementation

  • Design and develop customized B2B & B2C Commerce Cloud solutions to support Avanos' eCommerce strategy.
  • Implement and extend Commerce Cloud Digital, Page Designer, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), and B2B Commerce functionalities.
  • Develop custom APIs, batch processes, and integrations for seamless data exchange between Salesforce and backend systems.
  • Customize and configure Product Catalogs, Pricing, Promotions, Shopping Cart, Checkout, business processes within Salesforce and Order Management workflows.
  • Enhance user experience and storefront design using Figma wireframes and prototypes before implementation.
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly storefronts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC.
  • Optimize search and navigation using Salesforce Einstein AI and Site Search enhancements.
  • Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support application functionality.
  • Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.

Integration & API Management

  • Integrate Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA ERP, SAP Integration Suite, CPQ, and third-party payment gateways.
  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external platforms, including tax, shipping, fraud prevention, and marketing automation systems.
  • Support bi-directional integration between Commerce Cloud and SAP for pricing, inventory, order transactions, and customer data synchronization.
  • Work with SAP-BTP, Highradius payment gateway, Vonage, middleware platforms, and ETL tools to ensure seamless system connectivity.

Security, Compliance & Performance Optimization

  • Ensure all development meets Avanos' security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize Commerce Cloud performance by implementing caching strategies, indexing, and content delivery network (CDN) enhancements.
  • Ensure scalability and high availability of the eCommerce platform, improving page load speeds and transaction processing.
  • Implement security best practices, including authentication, data encryption, and compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Partner with IT security teams to implement data protection measures.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and eCommerce transactions.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Manage code promotion, sandbox environment management, and release processes using Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado, Jenkins).

Together AI is seeking a Backend Engineer to shape, build, and scale the commerce platform that drives our Together's Cloud products. As a member of the Commerce Engineering team, you will develop and work on mission-critical commerce capabilities including usage-based billing, payment processing, customer-facing analytics, and product entitlements.

This role is for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges in distributed systems, and has expertise in backend API services, relational databases, and event-driven architectures for a rapidly scaling and commerce-intensive company. You will work across cloud-native services and globally distributed data centers to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in building large scale, fault tolerant, distributed systems and API microservices
  • Expert-level programmer in one or more of Golang, Rust, Python, Java, or TypeScript
  • Experience designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
  • Excellent understanding of low level operating systems concepts including multi-threading, memory management, networking and storage, performance and scale
  • Proficiency in writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi
  • Experience building and operating data infrastructure (Kinesis, Airflow, Kafka, etc) a plus
  • Proficiency in version control practices and integrating IaC into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with payment processors (e.g. Stripe) and billing systems a plus
  • Experience with Kubernetes, or containers a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, design, and develop foundational backend services that power Together's commerce platform

Compensation
