**Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
+ 5+ years of experience in web application development with a focus on backend technologies (Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Rest Apis, Micro services, Message Queues- Kafka, IBM MQ, Azure topics, etc).
+ 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture, documentation and design of new and existing systems (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
+ Must be able to do performance analysis, suggest and lead team through performance improvements.
+ Knowledgeable in cloud-based infrastructure (OCF, Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) including development of microservices using CI-CD with Spring, Spring boot, PaaS capabilities.
+ Be available for production support, perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, solve problems.

+ Master's degree in computer science or related field

+ 7+ years of experience in backend technologies (Java/J2EE, Spring boot, Cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, Micro services Message Queues- Kafka, IBM MQ, Azure topics etc).
+ 5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture, documentation and design of new and existing systems (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
+ Experience with Automation tools like Playwright, & Browser Stack.
+ Knowledgeable with Java script, node JS and other UI technologies
+ Experience with observability tools like Data dog, Dynatrace etc.
+ Experience with applying AI tools to speed up development, observability and automation tasks.
+ Experience with Unix scripts, Dev ops tools like Github, Git, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
