POSITION OVERVIEW:
Were looking for an experienced and innovative E-Commerce Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketplace management, a knack for analytics, and a heart for sustainability. This role is critical in ensuring our customers have seamless, delightful online shopping experiences while optimizing sales and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set up and maintain listings on Amazon.com, optimizing product pages for discoverability and conversion.
- Manage listings, A+ content, and keyword optimization to maximize visibility.
- Oversee Vendor Central operations, including inventory management, advertising campaigns, and account health.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and troubleshoot any listing issues.
Amazon Seller Central Marketplace:
- Set up and maintain listings on Seller Central, optimizing product pages for discoverability and conversion.
- Manage listings, Seller A+ content, and keyword optimization to maximize visibility.
- Oversee Seller Central operations, including inventory management, advertising campaigns, and account health.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and troubleshoot any listing issues.
- Launch and maintain listings on Walmart.com, optimizing product pages for discoverability and conversion.
- Develop strategies to grow sales, including pricing, and ads.
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, such as inventory and fulfillment.
- Manage and update the Shopify site, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Optimize product pages for SEO, load times, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions, email campaigns, and landing pages.
Collaborate with Finance on Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collaborate on sales performance, ad spend, and ROI across all platforms.
- Use insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
- Open to learning or have experience with AI workflow automation.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain our stellar reputation.
- Implement strategies to improve ratings, reviews, and repeat purchases.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the CPG or natural products industry.
- 3+ years of proven success managing Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Google Analytics as well as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience using AI for automation, or open to learning
- Must have contacts at Amazon
- Experience with PPC advertising, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for sustainability and natural products.

- Develop direct and semi-direct online marketing channels to check and improve the internet presence of Sunny Health & Fitness.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to website strategy based on company-wide goals that support the brand's marketing and e-Commerce short and long term revenue goals and initiatives
- Direct day to day website management, recommendations for improvement for responsive design, implementation of enhancements, and achieving website revenue goals, and website KPIs
- Actively investigate known or suspected issues (bug reports, outages, etc.) and work with web agency to resolve issues

The Ecommerce Manager drives revenue for hotel products and promotes its reputation through various online channels. This role works closely with other teams like Sales / Rooms / Revenue / F&B / Events to identify their promotional and revenue objectives. He/she creates and implements the necessary marketing initiatives with the Director of Sales Marketing and Director of Revenue Management in order to reach these objectives.

- Maintain a close working relationship and support with the Marketing Communications team to achieve objectives based on marketing initiatives.
- Execute online marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Communications Manager for respective departments, majoring in but not limited to, Sales / Rooms / F&B / Events (VIP events / weddings / social events / general property awareness events).
- Oversee and maintain the property brand website, special offer page, making sure contents are aligned with marketing initiatives.
- Work with corporate offices, create ad-hoc emails, guest communication emails and social media campaigns, creating cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites.
- Maintain meeting sites and make sure the contents are updated.
- Work with vendors to develop vanity site new pages and new website functions according to requirements.
- Assist the Marcom Manager in researching for new online opportunities for respective departments.
- Efficiently utilize Hilton online tools.
- Work on proposals for respective departments and events including F&B / Events / VIP events.
- Distribute promotions to all online channels including Website / EDM / Blogs / Forums, etc.
- Create cross-promotional opportunities with third party sites or sister properties.
- Manage online content including social media / blogs / censorship sites and maintain the hotel's reputation.
- Review and improve on the effectiveness of the initiatives.
