Key Responsibilities

  • Passionate advocate for adult learner success with deep understanding of how working professionals acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver leadership programs aligned with HumanPoint client’s objectives by collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts within HumanPoint and the client 
  • Participate in all aspects of the learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, content creation, delivery, and evaluation 
  • Deliver impactful 1:1 and group coaching for leaders at all levels, using tools such as 360 reviews, DiSC, and CliftonStrengths.
  • Design and facilitate leadership development experiences, including e-learning modules and live workshops tailored to client needs.
  • Co-manage our LMS and learning tools, module design, assignments, and reporting 
  • Track participation, gather feedback, and continuously support learner experiences 
  • Manage and support client engagements from onboarding through long-term relationship management, conducting needs analysis and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency through streamlined systems and tools, while enabling team growth through informal mentoring and shared expertise.


Qualifications

  • 3 years of designing and delivering learning programs in fast paced start up environments.
  • Proficient project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple clients 
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels 
  • Experience with leadership assessments (e.g., 360 reviews, DiSC, CliftonStrengths).
  • LMS administration and management experience. 
  • Committed to fostering a growth mindset culture where learners feel empowered to tackle new challenges and expand their capabilities.
  • Consulting experience, particularly in client onboarding, needs analysis, and relationship management.
  • Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments with a proactive, flexible approach.

We are looking for a Senior Learning Solutions Design Architect, a visionary architect with deep expertise in designing and developing intelligent, adaptive, and agentic skilling systems. + Apply metadata schemas and signal-based frameworks to optimize content delivery and learner experience.
