Your Role Will Include:

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in recreation, education, child development, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in childcare, education, or program support.
- Strong background in childcare and early childhood program development.
- CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) – required within 6 months of hire
- Experience working in an Early Learning Center or school district setting
- Knowledge of child development best practices and early learning standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $29.51 – $31.99 (based on experience and qualifications).
