The Estimator will report to the Chief Estimator and work as an integral part of the estimating and business development teams. This role will be responsible for assisting with take-offs and compiling bid proposals for large scale projects. The most important factors are: basic site/earthwork knowledge, work ethic, cultural fit, great attitude, and being team oriented. This position will require contribution at all levels of the bidding process to including: plan take-offs, vendor quotes, quantity calculations, product specification understanding and pricing, creating and tracking RFI’s, and value engineering recommendations as needed. Key Responsibilities
• This role requires someone who has at least intermediate knowledge of/experience with commercial Site Development/Earthwork and is able to effectively and efficiently read and understand site/civil drawings.

• Civil Engineering degree is preferred, not required.
• Must be proficient with MS Outlook and other MS Office products
• Prior experience using AGTEK, or other similar dirt take-off software is highly preferred

Site Development Coordinator
Job Summary:Hillpointe is a vertically integrated multi-family development designer and builder, with in-house engineering and construction teams that manage developments through the complete project life cycle (from initial site assessment to final construction completion).
