As an experienced Hybris Developer, your mission is to help our team in creating next-level solutions that fulfill business requirements and provide engaging experiences to people who use our brands. Your knowledge of design, development process, coding, and testing will help our team raise their game while meeting standards as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements.

Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally.

This position has a full remote option with preference in NJ location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and develop solutions that delight consumers and customers
  • Develop consumer grade eCommerce applications that scale in a global environment
  • Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to architect solutions and solve high complexity issues
  • Identify and develop improvements for test coverage of new and existing code bases
  • Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
  • Manage application rollouts, system upgrades, apply user experience techniques
  • Support an enterprise eCommerce platform servicing worldwide company Operations, establish and improve standard operating procedures and oversee centralized processes
  • Support ongoing development and quality checks for existing projects/applications
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance the Platform
  • Is a key player in architecture decisions for the platform, including Cloud and platform optimization
  • Mentor and share knowledge to grow and develop the skills of the eCommerce team members.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years in Development & implementation experience in SAP Hybris e-commerce platform
  • At least two Hybris implementations, preferably B2BExperience on Hybris core architecture, cockpits, impex, data modeling and back-office customization.
  • Experience in developing APIs based on Hybris OCC layer
  • Experience with test-driven development methodologies
  • Proficiency with Git version control
Preferred Requirements
  • Developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Working on Agile/SCRUM development teams
  • Experience with build and deployment solutions
  • Expert knowledge of hybris architecture
  • Experience in any Content Delivery Network (CDN) will be an added advantage
