The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for owning key strategic areas of our digital business, including but not limited to: growing our app engagement and revenue, expanding Windsors international footprint, and refining our delivery and returns offering to meet global customer expectations. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, optimization, and performance of the Windsor mobile app as a key digital sales and engagement channel
- Oversee app feature roadmap in partnership with product, UX, and engineering teams.
- Drive KPIs around installs, user retention, engagement, and mobile conversion, and own app reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize app campaigns, push notifications, and retention integrations.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Windsors international customer base.
- Monitor global site performance and regional buying behavior to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Stay informed on international eCommerce trends, compliance, tax, and logistics requirements.
- Own the customer delivery and returns experience across all regions.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and CX teams to improve speed, reliability, and transparency in order fulfillment.
- Own reporting for all responsible business areas, presenting data and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Business or Communications related degree
- Fashion retail or DTC brand experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a fast-paced, ecommerce business, with direct experience managing mobile app channels
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining an e-commerce portal (preferably Shopify)
- Experience in site merchandising and product marketing
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience working with reporting and analyzing data to drive results
- Strong market research skills & a knowledge of the fashion industry
- Strong writing & presentation skills
- Experience leading projects and working collaboratively across departments
- Proven experience driving change and innovation online

- Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will drive sales and deliver digital excellence and consistency across multiple online sales channels for DTC, Amazon, and B2B. Primary focus will be on Celluma.com and Klaviyo, managing day-to-day site operations and outbound digital communications in email and sms.
- Make regular recommendations for improvement, implementation of new enhancements, testing new changes, and driving to over-achieve our online revenue goals.
- Work with Product & Marketing teams to ensure the integrity of product descriptions, claims, and online content. Ensure FDA-approved language is rigorously applied and no off-label or unsupported claims are made in any online content or ad listings.
- Partner closely with Marketing & Design, Sales, Product and executives to translate key brand initiatives, content, promotions, new products, and product merchandising strategies to life into effective, mobile-first online campaigns that hit or exceed sales targets.
- Conversion rate optimization. Serve as the "go-to" person for our onsite customer experience, with a laser focus on KPI's that include sign-ups, revenue, ASP, AOV, upselling, UPT, gross margin, website conversion, new leads, return rates, abandonment, return customers, and churn.
- Create, test, launch, and monitor all Shopify & Klaviyo promotions and seasonal sales. Manage, expand, and optimize all automated marketing flows.
- Customer retention. Maximize email & sms list growth opportunities via Klaviyo via all channels. Optimize flows & ongoing campaigns. A/B testing to uncover incremental improvements. Help Celluma drive new engagement and revenue opportunities. Drive 30% or more growth of active subscribers on an annual basis. Increase Returning Customer Rate average by 20%. Drive 40% growth in email/sms revenue as a % of net sales.
- Perform daily, ongoing analysis and reporting of website traffic, lead, sales performance in Shopify, Google Analytics, Amazon, ad channels, and 3rd party tools. Provide regular updates to management and rationale for new opportunities and changes to online sales tactics.
- Identify future opportunities to adapt and change our website, featured products, bundles, and offerings to tap new demand from customers and drive profitable, seasonal campaigns.
- Enhance eCommerce experiences through incorporation of emerging trends and digital innovations that yield commercial outcomes. Investigate and resolve website issues, and introduce new opportunities and initiatives, overseeing all phases from analysis to design to implementation and monitoring for ROI. Deliver new projects on time and on budget.
- Optimize SEO & SEM through audience segmentation and content management. Celluma is a store as well as a center for education about science and specific treatment applications of LED light therapy. Refreshing existing content, launching new pages, blogs, and other educational features to ensure things are current, engaging, and targeted to the right customer segment.
- Participate in creative campaign development of global product launches and sales promotions & incentives that support customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Once defined, you will own the execution of these key initiatives in our online sales channels.
- Provide insights to executive management about key trends in website and customer segment buying behavior for our product line.
- Directly assist in managing and monitoring the e-commerce budget and spending, including platforms, connected apps, technology vendors, and contractors.

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Retail, Business, Computer Info. Systems
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within consumer products, luxury goods, health & wellness, beauty, or medical device industries

The Ecommerce Manager supports the companys mission by managing the e-commerce process specific to Tiktok Shop (but also including other marketplaces) , including but not limited to forecasting, inventory management, analyzing data and pricing, user experience and monitoring sales.
