We're hiring an eCommerce Platform Specialist II to coordinate between the Technology Teams, Supply Chain, Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure optimal presentation of products on POS Portal’s eCommerce sites. The eCommerce Platform Specialist II will establish microsites, curate landing pages, manage front end parts merchandising, set up catalogs prior to site rollout, and support various projects.
High attention to detail required as this position is responsible for gathering the details for each part/product to ensure they are ready for eCommerce sites. This critical position collaborates highly with POS Portal’s Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams while managing to required process controls.
Essential Job Duties:
- Front end parts merchandising, including image management, catalog set-up, coupon management, and the creation of parts descriptions
- Ensure all related parts and services are associated with correct products and part IDs and freight parameters
- Back-end Item Master setup
- Manage processes for building, staging, and releasing of site creation
- Own site set up and rollouts
- Responsible for uploading product data and images, as well as categorizing products for customer catalogs.
- Perform periodic site audits to ensure all products were loaded correctly, pricing and images are up to date, and the items appear in relevant search results.
- Responsible for review of product submissions to ensure all pricing and descriptions are correct and adjusting data and images as necessary.
- Optimize site search terms.
- This is a data focused role; attention to detail is an essential function of this position. Ensuring products are presented accurately and descriptions are purposeful to ensure customers have a positive eCommerce experience.
- Ensure high degree of scalability by maintaining to agreed upon structure.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
- Gathers information from multiple sources, analyzes trends, and recommends process and system changes to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on software solutions by analyzing requirements and understanding system capabilities. Define and document system features and enhancements to address business needs.
- Adheres to and promotes project development and management methodologies. Supports a variety of company initiatives.
- Communicates process and system changes to user communities through documentation, meetings, and user groups

Compensation:
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.

As a Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end execution of product discovery enhancements that make it easier for customers to find what they need, drive digital innovation, and boost conversion across our digital platform. What You’ll Do
• Own the Product Backlog: Develop, prioritize, and refine user stories to meet evolving customer needs and business goals.
• Drive Conversion Optimization: Manage features that improve search and navigation, product presentation, helpful content, and promotional strategy.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI, IT, QA, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Deliver Agile Excellence: Champion Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defining story acceptance criteria.
• Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate high-level business strategies into tactical initiatives that support digital growth and operational excellence.
• Champion the Customer: Apply usability research, A/B testing insights, competitive analysis, and KPIs to inform decisions and improve shopping experiences.
• Support Go-to-Market: Manage planning and execution for new product and feature launches.
• Vendor Collaboration: Maintain relationships with third-party partners to ensure successful integrations and ongoing innovation.
What We're Looking For
• 5–7 years in digital, product ownership, or digital platform management
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong background in business analysis, project planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
You’ll go the extra mile if you have
• Proficiency in platforms and tools such as CMS systems, WordPress, and A/B testing technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Technology, or Business (Master’s preferred)

We are seeking a **Global Digital Commerce Manager** in a newly created position which sits within Hill's Global Digital Transformation team. This position will play a pivotal role in visioning and steering digital commerce & retail media strategies across Hill's global markets. This strategic thought leader will support our key regions/markets by providing guidance on best practices, global operational requirements, and definition of measures of success for winning within digital commerce.
**What You Will Do:**
Strategy & Planning (40%)
+ Partner with Global Customer Development team to build strategic frameworks to drive digital commerce growth as part of the demand generation strategy across key regions and markets.
+ Drive retail media excellence by establishing guidelines and best practices. Support regions/markets in optimizing retail media strategies to enhance brand visibility and media conversion.
+ Participate in the partnership with the media teams of key global retailers. Foster collaboration, engage in negotiation, and leverage insights to enhance joint media initiatives for mutual success in retail media buying.
+ Create guardrails for digital shelf optimization execution, enabling markets to efficiently implement best-in-class digital shelf strategies. Ensure consistency and effectiveness in delivering optimal and branded shopper experiences across retailers
Operational Management (20%)
+ Partner with Global Brand Marketing and Digital teams to ensure retail media is integrated into brand experience strategy, maximizing synergies and delivering a holistic media execution.
+ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional/market leaders, enterprise Digital Commerce and cross-functional teams by initiating regular communication touchpoints.
+ Own Retail Media Exhibit and Global Digital Shelf Scorecard and drive the implementation of brilliant basics and best practices. Routinely report the performance and insights to key global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with Global Technology to enhance MarTech stack capabilities and explore innovative media-centric solutions through testing and evaluation.
+ Manage the agency and vendor budget for global enterprise digital tools. Facilitate the adaptation to meet regional needs while maintaining alignment with global objectives.
Upskilling (30%)
+ Support regions/markets with learning resources, training, and workshops to build digital commerce and retail media competencies.
+ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional/market leaders, enterprise Digital Commerce, and cross-functional teams by initiating regular communication touchpoints to share best practices.
Insights & Analytics (10%)
+ Work with the Global Digital and Global Technology teams to enable regions/markets to implement media dashboards, clean room solutions, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to enhance data-driven decision making and optimize performance.
+ Review and refresh retail media and digital shelf metrics to ensure they are aligned with strategic objectives and continuously drive improvement across markets.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
+ 5+ years of marketing experience
+ 5+ years media operations, e-commerce or related experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Masters degree in Marketing, Business
+ 2+ years experience within global teams
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
