**Position Summary.**
Are you passionate about using data to create value in high-impact roles? Ecommerce Finance is hiring a Senior Manager to support eCommerce Strategy and Transformation. This position is responsible for the analytical scope within the team to leverage our vast datasets to uncover actionable insights to drive solutions to complex business challenges and to create engaging data visualizations to communicate these findings effectively, and to look for & drive efficiencies in segment-wide processes across a wide swath of internal teams.
About the Team
Our Ecommerce Finance team operates at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, supporting various eCommerce functions. We are dedicated to optimizing business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in aligning our financial objectives with our business goals, ensuring the success of our initiatives. You will work closely with the Strategy and Site Operations teams, acting as the voice and connection between finance and eComm segment teams.
**What you'll do.**
+ Provide input for business decisions by producing financial models to translate non-financial metrics to financial results by incorporating assumptions, identifying tradeoffs, and known risks; preparing presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations; and participating in business case presentations to senior and executive management.
+ Share insights on relevant historical trends, expected future events including being responsible for financial planning, reporting, and forecasting related to digital campaigns and omni events such as: July & October event and Holiday, etc.
+ Act as a business partner representative, focusing on long-term financial planning (LRP/AOP) and process transformation.
+ Translate P&L results, create decks, and tell compelling stories that focus on top-line and bottom-line impacts.
+ Roll up your sleeves to figure out ways to improve processes and enhance relationships with business partners.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or another related financial field.
+ Proven ability to build relationships and influence without authority, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities
+ High proficiency in Excel based financial modelling

Creates marketing plans, online content, and business correspondence to support the Marketing Strategy & Planning team on all campaign planning tasks and aligns cross-functional campaign activation teams to deliver business results.
