At The Home Depot, our Internal Communications team works closely with senior leadership to ensure that associates in our stores, supply chain, and support centers are informed and engaged.
We are seeking a Manager of Internal Communications to support our Enterprise Communications team, leading the strategy, execution and measurement of enterprise campaigns. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of communications strategy and employee engagement; confidence and credibility when making strategic recommendations **;** and an ability to lead and influence business partners in ongoing campaign planning, measurement and analysis. The individual should be comfortable providing counsel to executive-level leadership and have at least 5-7 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations, or similar fields.
**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities ** ** **
+ Campaign Strategy & Execution: 60%
Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide internal communication campaigns that align with business priorities and drive employee engagement. Translate complex initiatives into compelling narratives, manage end-to-end campaign planning, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple channels and audiences.
+ Business Partner Relationship & Process Management: 25%
Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Build strong relationships to understand business needs, provide strategic counsel, and implement scalable processes that streamline campaign intake, planning, and execution. Champion collaboration and consistency.
Campaign Measurement & Analysis: 15%
Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of internal campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channels, and timing. Regularly report on outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance reach, resonance, and employee understanding of enterprise priorities.

Under Armour is looking for a strategic and inquisitive Corporate Communications Lead to help protect and elevate the company's reputation as we tell our comeback story. This role will sit at the center of business-critical topics including sustainability, supply chain and sourcing, local and national policy, and community impact.
