As an Executive Director - Employee Experience Editorwithin Firmwide and Internal Corporate Communications, you will lead the content strategy, coordination and execution for our digital Channels (incl. web/app/multimedia/virtual agents) on a firmwide basis. Our Channels are transforming and the value proposition of each is changing, evolving from primarily being leveraged as communications platforms to a future where employees have one place to go to "Take Action", "Get Help" and "Discover" in an omni-channel way. **Job Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee that the quality of all content, including articles, features, and multimedia, meets content standards and deadlines and appropriate channel usage. Oversee content development as directed such as Notifications, Nudges, Tooltips, Product Marketing
+ Manage the Firmwide and Internal Corporate Communications content calendar ensuring all content is reflected in a singular view. Partner with Employee Experience to ensure alignment with the editorial calendar and new tools. This role will be responsible for ensuring content that is timely and relevant, and sequenced in a strategic manner, including liaising across Lines of Business to maximize efficiencies and engagement.
+ Ensureall channels adhere to content standards, while also empowered to remove content that does not adhere correctly ("EX Kit").
+ Manage the relationship with LOB site owners and ensure Channels is delivering for their content needs, as well as ensuring strong connectivity between site owners.
+ Leverage digital analytics and analyze audience feedback to refine content strategies and improve reader satisfaction.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep content relevant and engaging.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 10+ years of editorial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
+ Ability to think creatively and develop innovative communication strategies and campaigns. Basic understanding of visual design principles to collaborate effectively with designers and video/multimedia producers.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly and appropriately handle sensitive information.

About The Role
PVH is seeking a strategic and collaborative
Director of Editorial & Content
to lead the content strategy and execution for our company's internal editorial platforms, and support the content strategy for PVH's external channels. Serving as the editorial lead for
Insider+
(our global intranet) and
News+
(our global internal newsletter), the director will play a key role in driving 360 storytelling across our internal and external platforms to power cohesive narratives with consistency in content, tone, quality, and cadence.

What You'll Do
Editorial Strategy & Execution

The Content Strategy Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the narrative direction of the Galatea story catalogue. Reporting to the VP, DTC Strategic Growth and Operations, this leader will bridge editorial, business and product, helping develop and implement the content vision of the SVP of Content Strategy. This will include building and connecting with non-linear audiences across all of MSNBC's digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
+ Supporting the business to build out, implement, evaluate and adapt content strategy across all digital platforms, and focusing on deep understanding of MSNBC communities and building strategies to engage meaningful opportunities with clear revenue alignment.
+ Develop new content franchises with Editorial in support of existing subscriber and acquisition efforts, and new DTC content initiatives, as well as the core digital offering, including the free newsletter and live event areas.
+ Work closely with editorial leadership (Digital & TV) to optimize content to achieve subscriber growth targets and a strong core digital offering
