**Our** **Recruiter (full cycle)** **is accountable for:**
+ Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
+ Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
+ Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
+ Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:**
+ 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, administrative, customer service, or education experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communicator
+ Customer service focus
+ MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required
+ Ability to travel up to 25% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required
+ Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite with the client and at times the Kelly Educational Office in Birmingham, AL.
