Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define the skills, competencies, and qualities that make candidates successful at UJA.
- Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to making offers and onboarding—across administrative, entry-level, and mid-level roles.
- Refine job descriptions to ensure they are clear, engaging, and inclusive.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by cultivating relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and city employment laws and regulations.

eLearning & Professional Development
- Oversee UJA’s eLearning management system (Absorb )managing course availability, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth access for all employees.
- Design and develop engaging eLearning content, as well as plan communication, rollout, and evaluation strategies for training initiatives.
- Support upskilling initiatives through needs assessments, gap analysis, and the implementation of innovative learning solutions.
- Continuously enhance content to keep it fresh, relevant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
