- Develop and execute strategies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the selection, installation, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Mentor and guide junior manufacturing engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product launches and transfers.
- Manage capital equipment projects, from justification and procurement to implementation and commissioning.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and automation.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of materials science, production planning, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
