Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Working Foreman to lead Atlanta-based crews on electrical projects throughout the metro area and to travel as needed for short-term out-of-state assignments (typically lasting only a few weeks). The role combines hands-on electrical work with crew leadership, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Candidates must be based in Atlanta and must be willing and available to travel .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside crews on electrical installation, lighting retrofits, and solar farm projects in commercial and light industrial environments
- Organize and oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, including crew assignments, material coordination, and progress tracking
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards
- Communicate with project managers and clients on scheduling, progress, and any issues that arise
- Provide training, mentorship, and direction to crew members to maintain productivity and quality
- Travel as needed for short-term projects (per diem provided)
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory or foreman experience is required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial or light industrial settings
- Experience with lighting retrofits, solar farms, and basic electrical installations
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and jobsite safety practices
- Ability to lead by example while working alongside the crew
- Must be willing and available to travel for short-duration out-of-state assignments
- OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$38 per hour, depending on experience

The Electrical Engineer will support the Engineering Lead and Product Engineering Manager in delivering reliable, efficient, and compliant electrical systems for hyperscale data center infrastructure.

It is an hourly, non-rotational, technical position with responsibilities to lead the trades and work related to electrical power, controls and instrumentation to support Capital Project execution and equipment installations across all areas of the plant, as well as support the Facility and Operations teams with maintenance and reliability issues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the manufacture of pet foods and snacks while complying with all food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and support company and site safety policies and perform work-related activities in a safe manner. Recognize unsafe working conditions, coach peers and suggest new safety standards as appropriate.
- Understand, follow and improve documented operational, maintenance and sanitation standards in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
+ Effectively allocate time and resources to meet stringent deadlines, ensuring compliance with quality and stakeholder standards.
+ Perform installations of ATG systems, including conduit layout, wire pulling, and terminations, ensuring all systems meet operational requirements.
+ Accurately read and interpret design prints, processes, and procedures to execute installations according to exact specifications.
+ Maintain accurate installation records and submit timely documentation for review and approval.
+ Manage parts and inventory to prevent shortages or losses and safeguard all assigned tools and equipment.
+ Adhere to OSHA and other safety regulations, ensuring clean, hazard-free facilities and safe working practices, including work at heights up to 50 feet.
+ Perform physical duties such as kneeling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in varied conditions to complete installations effectively.
+ Organize, schedule, and execute high-quality installations at customer locations, maintaining a standard of excellence.
+ Build and maintain productive relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
+ 80%-90% travel for domestic and international assignments.
Basic Qualifications
+ U.S. citizenship.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain local base access and security clearance, as required.
+ Successful completion of a NACLC security background check.
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial electrical installation.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Current possession of a government Common Access Card (CAC).
+ Active or previous security clearance.
+ Journeyman-level skills in conduit design and installation.
