**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : This job focus is twofold: 1) Colleague will be responsible for overseeing and leading all communication projects (e.g., implementations, redesigns, compliance, best practice, optimization) 2) Overseeing colleagues that are directly responsible for these project types.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Establishes policies and procedures to assure compliance to best practices, claims management services standards, state regulations, and client service requirements on new programs.
+ Analyzes management reports related to new program performance and quality; mentors new colleagues to improve performance as needed.
+ Maintains complete understanding of new program design, processes, client expectations and partner relationships; makes recommendations for improvements; and develops best practices for disability and leave operational processes.
+ Serves as subject matter expert responsible for the training of technical processes and requirements; leads training initiatives for colleagues, supervisors/managers and clients as needed.
+ Leads projects focused on large process, procedural and /or compliance changes/updates; communicates changes/updates to field offices, IT, Legal and other applicable business units regarding regulatory requirements and changes.
+ Plays key role in maintaining client relationships; assists in new business productions; and represents Company with specified industry groups.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent preferred.
**Experience**
Ten (10) years of claims management, managed care and/or other related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in the specified field.
**Skills & Knowledge**
+ In depth knowledge of claims management, managed care and/or absence management processes and procedures
+ Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Analytical and interpretive skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent interpersonal skills

The Business Lead is responsible for managing the successful deployment, implementation, and controls for Kenvue’s Global Trade Compliance (TC) Standards in the NA Region. The role collaborates with the Global TC team and the local TC Operations team to ensure Kenvue remains compliant with all US/PR/CA regulations, protecting Kenvue from fines and penalties, as well as growing Kenvue’s TC capabilities and processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Advise businesses on evolving and existing import and export trade regulations
· Maintain and update processes related to internal and external changes and new regulations
· Support regional implementation of import and export data and technology solutions
· Measure and govern regional third-party providers per global process and scorecards
· Monitor and execute metrics for measuring compliance and operational performance
· Informs on capability gaps to improve efficiency and define how to address them

Required Qualifications
· University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· 6 Years direct work experience in NA Trade Compliance field
· Experience in the application of trade and customs regulations to a global enterprise
· Prior experience with global trade management systems such as SAP GTS, E2Open or similar systems
· Experience developing processes and measuring trade compliance KPIs and metrics, to track the success of the different TC programs
· The successful candidate will have a positive approach, excellent strategic and analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable interacting with senior business leaders
· Accomplished with MS Office 365 suite, MS Teams, and other productivity tools
Desired Qualifications
