Large commercial heat treat requires experienced maintenance manager. MUST HAVE experience with preventative maintenance, inventory, controls and heavy industrial equipment.

Educational/Technical Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties:
  • The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice is responsible to assist in the repair and maintenance of the equipment and plant buildings.

  • They will learn the operation of the equipment to maintain and increase the efficiency of the equipment. Continual training in different areas of trade skills and the equipment sequences will allow the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprentice to perform their duties successfully.

  • Verbal or written communication skills and teamwork are necessary when interacting with all other company personnel.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline. Professional engineering (PE) license.
10 years of related experience.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience designing medium and low-voltage power systems for water, wastewater, industrial, federal, and transit facilities
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, NESC, IEEE, UFC, and other relevant codes and standards
Hands-on experience with power system analysis using SKM Power Tools and/or ETAP
PMP (PMI) certification is required (within 12 months of hire).
