ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Electro-Mechanic to join our Maintenance department. This critical role provides essential manufacturing support by maintaining, troubleshooting, and streamlining manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent computer skills, a strong understanding of safety standards, and a proven track record in a manufacturing maintenance environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Perform strong electrical troubleshooting on controls, drives, relays, contactors,
    and PLC systems.
  • Utilize PLC knowledge for diagnostics and, preferably, programming.
  • Apply mechanical expertise to maintain and repair gearboxes, bearings, cylinders, shafts, pumps, mixers, and wrapping machines.
  • Read and accurately interpret technical diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals.
  • Work with automation systems, including HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), Robotics, and palletizers/packaging systems.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety standards in an industrial setting.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement equipment improvements for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ years of related electro-mechanical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
