Job Summary: EDI Lead with a strong background in SAP Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and support, specifically within the context of SAP's Order-to-Cash module. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless electronic communication and data exchange throughout the order-to-cash lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: EDI Implementation and Optimization: • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of EDI processes within the SAP Order-to-Cash framework. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through EDI integration. • Experience in handling 3PL EDI X12 (9* )transactions and O2C EDI transactions. • Experience in XML and EDIFACT • Experience in AS2, VAN, FTP, SFTP protocols SAP Order-to-Cash Expertise: • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash processes and configurations. • Provide expertise in configuring, customizing, and maintaining SAP settings related to EDI Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of EDI with SAP Order-to-Cash processes. • Collaborate with trading partners, customers, and vendors to establish and maintain EDI connections and standards. EDI Mapping and Document Standards: • Develop and maintain EDI maps and document standards for various transactions, including but not limited to orders, invoices, and shipping notices. • Ensure compliance with industry-specific EDI standards and protocols. Issue Resolution and Support: • Provide tier-3 support for EDI-related issues, troubleshooting problems and ensuring timely resolution. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. Position Overview:

Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Data Integration Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide third-party divisional data integration initiative. The person will perform source system analysis, metadata documentation, and data mapping working with various divisions. Ideal candidate will be both technically fluent and programmatically strong capable of defining data strategy and working with cross-functional teams through discovery to implementation.

The Problem Analyst will hold responsibility for analyzing and conducting Major Problem Review of complex IT issues, identify the Root Cause, Improvement Actions, Enterprise remediations etc. The role also involves working with multiple stakeholders across technical teams, Senior Leadership, data analysis, Internal and External audits, continuous improvements, and governing problem Management process throughout its lifecycle. The position will oversee the problem management process within the service management tool, ServiceNow.

Essential Functions:

• Lead Major Problem Review discussion to identify the root cause and remediation for high priority incidents
• Responsible for the effective on-going development, testing, maintenance and implementation of the Problem Management process in a global environment
• Understand and adhere to definedVisaConfiguration, Incident, Change and Problem management process including ITSM Compliance, policy compliance, documentation, testing and approvals.
• Provide audit and compliance support for all internal and external audits for the problem process.
• Enhanced knowledge of the platform or other ITSM Process through participation in professional organizations and self-study.
• Ensure process activities are performed at a high level of quality and that it meets associated Service Level Agreements.
• Educates users, monitors Operational Level Agreement (OLA) compliance, and continually assesses and improves enterprise-wide Problem Management process, considering internal and external audit requirements
• Produces up-to-date incident reporting for a large and varying Visa audience

Basic Qualifications:

* 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master degree in IT, Engineering, or related Technology field

* 3+ years experience in IT Problem Management

* Experience working with multicultural teams in diverse geographic locations preferred

* Prior Technical SRE or DevOps or Cloud Technologies expertise a plus

* Business Analytics and Tableau reporting experience

* GenAI and AI Prompt Engineering skill and experiences a plus.
