Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Perform all electronic diagnostic troubleshooting and repair pertaining the equipment, components, systems, and other functions related to Powerex. This may include minor mechanical assemblies directly related to the work. Modify circuitry in equipment as directed requiring a thorough knowledge of complex electronic theory.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: As required; Defined by the requirements of the assigned work.
MATERIAL: Varies per the requirements of the assignment
DIRECTION OF OTHERS: Direct efforts of lower classified personnel or other Powerex Associates on jobs where assistance is required and assists set-up and production operators in general equipment operations, equipment knowledge, equipment procedures, preventative methods, productivity improvements, safe operating practices, etc. Train and/or share knowledge to newly assigned personnel and/or incumbents.

- Receive written and oral instructions from supervisor or other designated professional.
- Diagnose to localize maintenance problems and identify the root cause of failure of various equipment and systems. Give instruction and training to other maintenance personnel as necessary.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all facility equipment and/or systems. Make repairs to said equipment and/or systems.
- Recommend and implement modifications or improvements to facility equipment and/or systems to improve availability, quality, performance, etc. of said equipment and/or systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Follow departmental and/or Powerex procedures and complete documents as required.
- Share knowledge and safe operating practices with other associates or as directed by supervision.
- Lead activities associated with equipment and facility improvements with or through team participation as directed by supervision.
- Prepare and coordinate materials and other procedures associated with equipment improvements activities. Including but not limited to 5s, TPM, PM, and Lean Manufacturing programs.
Note: Applicant's previous experience and qualifications will require applicant to successfully complete additional course training as per management's request.

PREREQUISITES:
Graduate of an accredited industrial electronics or engineering school; or training equivalent to an Associate's Degree in the field appropriate to the technical aspects of this job; along with four (4) years experience as an electronic repairman, technician, or equivalent.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a skilled Electronic Maintenance Technician to join our Plant Engineering team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic and electrical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The technician will also support preventive maintenance efforts, maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical/electronic equipment.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Maintain company-required performance and maintenance records utilizing the government supplied inventory tracking and work order database for identified equipment
+ Perform preventive maintenance functions as directed
+ Prepare reports of tests results and assessments of key electronic systems to ensure efficient operations
+ Identify operational or maintenance defects with various components and find suitable replacements
+ Install, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic equipment, including controls, power supplies, gauges and sensors
+ Use a variety of tools and test equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and Volt/Current/Ohm multi-meters
+ Pull and terminate low voltage signal and network cables
+ Install, fusion-splice, and terminate fiber optic cable
+ Read and understand installation as-built design plans, electronic and construction schematics, and manufacturers' literature for electrical and electronic components
+ Attends work regularly and observe approved work hours in accordance with company leave and attendance policies.
+ Schedule - Availability for after-hour and weekend work is required.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Associate's Degree in a related field and typically 6+ years of experience. Completion of a 40-hour OSHA training course (with an annual 8-hour update) is required for industrial or hazardous wastewater operations. Appropriate operator certification may also be required.
+ Experience with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems (IDS, automated access control systems (ACS) and basic networking
+ The ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret clearance

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Tech 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Warner Robins, GA . Electronics Maintenance Tech 1 is responsible for the repair, modification, and maintenance of a variety of electronic equipment and Electronic Warfare systems. You will be working on highly complex systems and equipment that are mission critical for the platforms that they operate on.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Fabricates, assembles, and disassembles electronic subassemblies.

Wiring circuits, replacing components, and repairing electronic assemblies

Performs routine electronic preventative maintenance on special test equipment (STE) and test stations.

Performs test readings using several different instruments, including Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Curve Tracers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and Digital Multimeters.

Troubleshoot to component level to determine cause and remedy for malfunction.

Conducts routine engineering tests and detailed experimental testing.

Performs calibration checks on electronic instruments.

Using practical electronic theory and basic tools
Basic Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant electronics experience

Will also consider Associates Degree (or higher) in Electronics-related field or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in Electronics related position, with 3+ years of relevant electronics experience
