We are seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) with strong design expertise and project management experience to lead federal infrastructure, water/wastewater and industrial projects. This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and client-facing environments.

As a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer, you will:
Lead the design of medium and low voltage distribution systems, including substations, switchgear, and standby generation systems
Perform electrical calculations and power system analyses using SKM Power Tools, ETAP or similar software
Design lighting, controls, and similar low-voltage systems
Develop electrical plans and specifications for complex projects (e.g., federal, water/wastewater, industrial, transportation)
Conduct site investigations and coordinate with clients, utilities, and code officials
Review shop drawings and support construction services
Prepare cost estimates using RS Means or similar tools
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 820, and other relevant codes and standards
Supervise and mentor junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and objectives using lessons learned
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage client billing, subcontractor/vendor payments, and ensure profitability
Develop and implement project resource plans, including staffing and procurement
Provide coaching and performance feedback to project staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships through quality project execution

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**
+ Responsible for the Fujifilm site electrical systems, to include the building management system and backup power systems (grid power, generator, and battery (specifically Uninterrupted Power Supplies))
+ Participate in future site design modifications and upgrades.

**REQUIREMENTS**
+ BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field with a minimum of three years of experience required.
+ Experience with medium and low voltages including 12.47kV, and 480V and 208V substation distribution systems.
+ Experience in providing Arc Flash evaluation, power distribution system protection coordination, short circuit studies, grounding studies, load studies as well as updating panel schedules.
+ Relevant working experience in electrical distribution systems, semiconductor industry or cleanroom environment will be advantageous.
+ Understand the National Electrical Code (NEC) and familiarity with NFPA-70e requirements.
+ Review and validate construction progress.

Performs tests to assess conformance with engineering specifications. Sets up testing apparatus and conducts quality assurance/control tests of raw materials, parts, components, finished items, packaging, equipment and systems. Performs final tests on sub-assemblies or completed units as necessary to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and chemical performance. Scope of work may include but is not limited to strength testing, thermal testing, pyrometry and metallurgic testing.

**What You Will Do:**
+ Testing a variety of electronic units using prescribed test procedures:
+ Setting up and operating various test stands
+ Configuring test equipment for special tests as needed
+ Interpreting and recording test results
+ Recognizing and isolating test equipment failures
+ Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level
+ Reading and interpreting technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics
+ Effectively communicating work status to team members and support staff (e.g. shift pass down, engineering, maintenance)
+ Understand theory of electronic circuitry and electrical components
+ Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
+ Ability to read and interpret technical data
+ Ability to write in a clear and concise technical manner
+ Good computer skills and knowledge of office software applications
+ **3rd Shift: 8:00pm - 6:00am, Tuesday to Friday**
+ **Training on 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm for up to 60 days**
**Work Environment:**
+ You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs.
+ In your role, you will be exposed to:
+ Products of various weights and sizes
+ Equipment with moving parts
+ Chemicals that may emit fumes
+ To minimize safety risk to you and product, you must wear static-control and personal protective equipment.
**Physical Demands:**
+ Due to the nature of our work, you will need to be able to perform the following functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Distinguishing colors and meeting vision requirements
+ Bending, stooping, reaching, turning as needed to place units in test stands, pick up totes, place units on rack, etc.
+ Using hands for extended periods of time to perform testing and troubleshooting tasks (e.g. grasping, holding, picking, placing, twisting, fine manipulation)
+ Must be able to stand for 2 hour increments without an opportunity to sit
+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds
+ Transporting product with or without product carts
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
+ Experience with reading or interpreting schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings.
+ Experience with using multimeters or oscilloscopes.

Our Tactical Space Systems Division Integration and Test group is seeking an **Electronics Engineer (Integration and Test)** to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals in **Gilbert, Arizona** . You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and execute test procedures and automated test scripts using spacecraft commands, telemetry, and electrical ground support equipment. The ideal candidate has system level test experience working with spacecraft flight hardware and good computer skills. Daily responsibilities will require I&T test preparation leading to direct contact with satellite and space flight hardware. Candidate must be able to tackle issues utilizing skills obtained in the field of electrical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably as it relates to system level integration and test. Required skills include the ability to communicate clearly, and to use critical thinking in troubleshoot of problems. The ability to use a scripting language and formulate automated test scripts is highly desirable. International travel to support launch campaigns may be required. Shift and weekend work to support testing will be required periodically.
**Responsibilities:**
+ General frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
+ Develop I&T test procedures, specifications, and test limits
+ Execute I&T testing, monitor tests per specification, troubleshoot, and document all test activities
+ Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks
+ Understands NG test engineering practices and principles
+ Understands both electrical circuits and software within the flight hardware and EGSE
+ Supports EGSE and flight hardware test/troubleshooting efforts and ability to perform this tasking with little to no oversight from another Electrical Engineer
+ Fully grasps escalation plan when test errors are encountered and understands when to proceed per NG/program process. Participates in anomaly resolution process while offering technical solutions for FRB approval.
+ Travel and support different shifts when required
+ Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned
+ Has technical insight and experience to know if test set-up and results make sense
+ Ability to establish and maintain infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters.
+ Coordinates with ITEE team lead, electrical technicians, and I&T managers to complete tasking. May participate, prepare, and present material in program review boards (PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, FRBs, etc).
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or STEM equivalent) with 2 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree with 0 years of related engineering experience
+ Demonstrate ability to learn and integrate new programming languages based off previous experience
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with any of the following Microsoft Visio, National Instruments LabView
+ Experience with hardware or software testing and test scripting
+ Minimum of five years of directly related experience in Integration and test
+ Experience in Electronics troubleshooting
+ Environments testing (Vibration Analysis/Thermal Vacuum chamber testing)
+ Programming experience with any of the following languages: Python, C, C++ Experience in Aerospace or Defense industry (development or test)
+ Already possesses DoD TS/SCI security clearance
Primary Level Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
