The Emergency Services Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma. The RN triages patients, assesses their condition, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, technicians, and support staff, and ensures timely interventions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. The RN also monitors patient progress, educates patients and families on health management, and maintains accurate documentation in compliance with hospital protocols and regulations. • As an RN at Arizona General Hospital you will assess patient/family health problems and resources implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.

As an ER Nurse at on our 72-bed unit at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center you’ll be the first touchpoint to the people in our community during health emergencies.

No two days in emergency nursing are ever the same. You’re a multitasker who can react quickly as you’ll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while you’re providing emergency triage to others.
