+ Equity reviews to determine if a pay increase is needed or appropriate based on experience and equity.
+ Job evaluation initial review, obtaining market data, checking comparable and equity, grade recommendation, and escalation of polished proposal to Comp Manager. Coordinating job set up process including additional reviews.
+ Supporting Compensation managers with significant annual compensation initiatives and projects such as annual incentives and annual increases. Includes answering a variety of questions, significant numbers of tickets, investigation and resolution of issues, audits, calculating and coordinating input of corrections, etc.
