The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Human Resources Assistant to answer the UAA Operator phone line during business hours; serve as the Human Resources receptionist; handle camp employment, organize employee events, and support the HR department staff as needed.
One critical component of this position is working with each camp director to manage the collection and tracking of important documentation, such as Level II background screenings, affidavits, youth protection training records, I-9 documents and other onboarding materials. This position ensures that camp hires are processed accurately and are eligible to work assigned camp sessions. Maintains HR camp policies and processes for accuracy, represents the HR department in camp meetings, and advises camp directors as appropriate. Also responsible for timely termination of camp staff according to policies.
The incumbent must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word); customer service oriented, detail oriented and work with a high-level accuracy; work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently; successfully engage with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds including high energy, intense personalities.
This position has an anticipated start date of late September 2025. This posting will remain open until a qualified candidate is chosen.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and motivated Content Management Analyst to join our Research & Advisory team, focused on a wide variety of U.S. federal tax developments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and market-readiness of our content offerings - particularly as they relate to long-standing federal tax issues related to individuals, passthrough entities, and general compliance requirements, new tax issues such as those in recent legislation, and evolving IRS regulations. The position would also have significant involvement in AI innovation, coupling substantive knowledge with an interest in technology to contribute to the development and refinement of tools used by thousands of tax professionals nationwide. You'll collaborate with editorial, sales, product, and marketing teams, and be instrumental in applying federal tax insight to content workflows, product strategy, and AI modeling efforts.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Content & Editorial Ownership
+ Monitor, analyze, and incorporate new federal tax developments, including IRS regulations and tax legislation (e.g., OBBBA), into Wolters Kluwer content.
+ Edit and rewrite content for clarity, accuracy, and customer impact, aligning with tone, taxonomy, and structure standards.
+ Ensure content remains accurate and updated across platforms and tools, including legacy reference materials and interactive research aids.
AI-Enhanced Product Development
+ Partner with AI and product teams to train, validate, and refine AI-powered tools that support research, summarization, classification, and knowledge retrieval.
+ Help evaluate AI outputs to ensure they meet regulatory accuracy, relevance, and user needs.
Market Engagement & Support
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical insights and content support.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
+ Work closely with product managers, legal editors, learning designers, and engineering teams to align editorial strategies with business objectives.

**Job Qualifications**
**Education** :
+ **JD or equivalent legal education** , with a strong understanding of U.S. federal tax law.
**Experience:**
+ 2+ years of experience in legal or tax research, content development, or policy analysis.
+ Familiarity with current and proposed federal tax laws, especially those in recent legislation (e.g., OBBBA).
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in publishing, editorial, or content creation.
+ Familiarity with customer personas in the tax compliance sectors.
**Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:**
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze regulatory language and translate it into plain language content or research commentary.
+ Excellent legal research and analytical writing skills.
