In verband met de succesvolle groei bij BMC is het nieuwe domein Financin en Control (F&C) ingericht. Dit zijn de twee expertises waar BMC sinds de oprichting ijzersterk in is. En van de belangrijkste speerpunten in de ontwikkeling van het nieuwe Domein F&C is dat we de komende jaren verder willen groeien, waaronder voor adviesopdrachten.
Om onze groeiambities te realiseren zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren en gedreven Managing Consultants die ons domein komen versterken en een sleutelrol willen spelen in het vormgeven van de toekomst van de publieke sector.
Voor adviesopdrachten van onze opdrachtgevers zijn we op zoek naar Managing Consultants die passie hebben voor de publieke sector en strategisch kunnen adviseren op het vlak van F&C. Als Managing Consultant kom je vast in dienst bij BMC.
Je gaat aan de slag met adviesopdrachten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, vaak meerdere tegelijk. De leukste opdrachten verwerf je zelf, vanuit je netwerk, of samen met jouw collega's. Daarbij signaleer je marktontwikkelingen en weet je deze te vertalen naar het aanbod van BMC van diensten en/of producten en weet je dit te verzilveren in spraakmakende opdrachten. Dit maakt dat in jouw rol geen dag hetzelfde is en je elke dag weer voor nieuwe uitdagingen komt te staan.
De managing consultants kenmerken zich door onderscheidende expertise in het vakgebied F&C en zijn ervaren met het uitvoeren van adviesopdrachten in de publieke sector. Naast het contact vanuit de opdrachten hebben de adviseurs periodiek overleg met de expertisegroepen Financin of Control. De expertisegroepen zijn ook bepalend voor publicaties in de markt,het ontwikkelen van opleidingsprogramma's en trainingen en opleidingen voor de adviseurs en klanten.
Vanuit onze expertises en praktijkervaring helpen we een breed scala aan klanten. Zo werken we onder meer voor de Rijksoverheid, Provincies, Gemeenten, Waterschappen, Omgevingsdiensten, Zorg- en Welzijnsinstellingen, Culturele Instellingen en het Onderwijs. Hierbij werken we domeinoverstijgend samen met collegas uit andere expertisegebieden. Zo bieden we integrale oplossingen voor de meest complexe vraagstukken binnen de publieke sector.

De vraagstukken van onze opdrachtgevers zijn complex en vaak ook domein- en expertiseoverstijgend.
Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:
- Bezuinigings- en ombuigingstrajecten;
- Benchmarking;
- De positionering en inrichting van de control/ financile functie;
- Onderzoek en advies over Rechtmatigheid en In Control Statement;
- Business cases en scenarioanalyses;
- Opstellen, onderzoeken en evalueren van financieel beleid.

- Je komt vast in dienst bij BMC in de rol van Managing Consultant voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. In overleg met je opdrachtgevers heb je veel flexibiliteit om je werktijden naar eigen inzicht in te richten. Zo creer je je eigen balans tussen werk en priv.
- Het bruto maandsalaris voor een managing consultant bij BMC past in de bandbreedte 4.966,40 tot maximaal 9.043,38 (senior) op basis van een dienstverband van 40 uur per week.
- Individueel Keuzebudget (maandelijkse opbouw van 11,04% van maandsalaris. Hierin zijn 8% vakantiegeld en 6 vakantiedagen opgenomen);
