To be effective in the role, this leader needs to be a critical thinker and problem solver who is analytical and detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to partner across boundaries to instill urgency and accountability, possess a strong business acumen, and able to manage cross-functional work.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Data Accountability within the PBM.
+ Developing strategy for collection, management, and use of data across the PBM and being accountable for outlining what data can and cannot do.
+ Owning and Driving data quality initiatives, including data cleaning, enrichment, and normalization.
+ Developing and owning strategy for implementation of data governance practices and capabilities.
+ Partnering with both Technical and Business Application Owners to ensure application development is aligned with data strategy and governance.
+ Ensuring Use Cases are being supported across Data Domains.
+ Establishing and maintaining well documented data governance and prioritization processes.
+ Fully leveraging data to eliminate duplication and increase accuracy.
+ Supporting adoption and implementation of tools to support data querying, reporting, and analytics.
+ Provide thought leadership regarding Systems of Record, Sources of Truth, and how to re-envision end-to-end data journeys in the PBM

**Required Qualifications**
The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company's business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders. The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:
+ Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office part-time during week) if residing near a HUB location.
+ 10+ years of experience in highly regulated, complex, data heavy environments
+ 10+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. product management experience or managing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)
+ 10+ years of leadership experience (direct report experience or equivalent experience without direct report)
+ 10+ years of progressive experience and leadership in business Data Stewardship and Governance
+ Experienced collaboration partnerships with IT/Data Organizations
