**Responsibilities**
Responsible for the installation, test, and balance energy management systems as they pertain to the installation of controls for refrigeration systems, HVAC-R , and lighting in a grocery store and/or cold storage distribution format. Repair, test, adjust, or install electronic equipment, such as industrial controls, transmitters, and antennas.
+ Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.
+ Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff. Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes regarding customer specific documentation and closeout processes.
+ Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test equipment or software, and applying knowledge of the functional operation of electronic units and systems. Inspect components of industrial equipment for accurate assembly and installation or for defects, such as loose connections or frayed wires.
+ Have thorough knowledge of various energy management systems, heating, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems;( Novar, Danfoss, and Emerson CPC).
+ Maintain equipment logs that record performance problems, repairs, calibrations, or tests.
+ Think analytically and independently, install, program, and troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair control systems for HVAC-R, refrigeration, and lighting controls in a grocery store and cold storage atmosphere.
+ Use and maintenance of trade specific materials, tools, instrumentation, and equipment used during the installation of EMS systems.
+ Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, service bulletins, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations. Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine installation procedures.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Energy Management, maintains multiple utility and energy databases and supports and supervises utility billing management. and ensures project management coordination. This position will interface with internal customers (Engineering, Property/Operations Management, Construction, and Corporate Accounting) and exterior utility providers.

Job Duties:

Utility Management and Billing Oversight:

  • Manage the utility billing outsource team, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely
  • Direct and assist Adams Bridge and AP team (account setup, billing process, and questions)
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
  • Monitor payment schedules and resolve issues related to overdue or duplicate payments
  • Serve as direct contact and interface with utility providers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including W-9s and banking details
  • Assist with utility budgeting, forecasting, and all reporting

EnergyCAP:

  • Maintain database integrity for utility, interval, and billing data
  • Collaborate with operations, accounting, and vendors to provide utility support
  • Accounts payable invoice management
  • Responsible for resolving billing issues
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts, invoices, and payments
  • Perform weekly/monthly utility bill audits, adjustments, accruals, and corrections

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare aging and missing bill reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Verify the accuracy of vendor rebills and submit for processing
  • Generate and analyze gap reports to identify missing invoices, follow up with the vendor for outstanding bills

Tenant Billing:

  • Oversee monthly tenant sub-meter bill retrieval for processing
  • Perform quarterly billing audits

Project Coordination:

  • Department support- daily operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support departmental initiatives, resolve issues, and improve process efficiency

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of General Accounting Principles
  • Basic knowledge of utility billing
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google applications
  • Use of EnergyCAP utility database is a plus

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $74,600.00 - $102,100.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

**About this role**
The position is to perform Project Management of Energy Management Program and System Integration project for multisite customers. It would involve planning and implementation of project roll out installation, collaboration with 3rd party vendor, deployment, coordinating remote commissioning and site handover to customer. The position will also be responsible for client relationship handling and billing, collection and payments.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Project manage and delivery of multisite Energy Management Installation through Carrier ABOUND vendor team.
+ Interfacing with client organization (delivery, IT, Finance, etc) for project related work.
+ Undertake project costing including vendor cost and product cost sheet and get approval.
+ Inventory management related to project and associated requirement.
+ Project scheduling with vendor and delivery working with remote commissioning team.
+ Validation of vendor invoices and approval for payment.
+ Client billing and collection management through invoicing.
+ Tracking and co-ordination of multi team function through successful delivery
+ Internal reporting and client reporting as per project requirement.
+ Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
+ Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
+ Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
+ Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change though change order.
+ Ensuring project profit margins are maintained and any deviation is suitably supported exception approval.
+ Packing Shipping and handling of project material to deployment site as per need basis.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
