We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Technical Integration Manager to lead our Systems Engineering and Mission Integration teams on behalf of Barrios across a diversified aerospace portfolio. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation and strategic direction for current and future programs.
The ideal candidate combines engineering and integration expertise with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for building internal engineering capabilities and supporting the expansion of the company's business portfolio through technical influence and innovation.
The Technical Integration Manager will:
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers responsible for the full product lifecycle: concept development, architecture definition, requirements management, integration, verification, and validation
- Oversee and coordinate a team comprising mission requirement engineers, resource managers, and science/mission operations personnel to ensure seamless alignment and execution of mission objectives
- Develop and lead initiatives to institutionalize best practices across government, commercial, and defense lines of business
- Standardize processes, tools, and workflows to improve productivity and ensure consistency across programs
- Coach and mentor team members, and lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent
- Serve as a key voice in shaping the organization as it evolves to meet the demands of a more diversified portfolio
- Partner with business development, capture, and program teams to define technically sound, competitive solutions for both government and commercial opportunities
- Identify emerging technologies and process innovations to position the company for success in new and adjacent markets
- Help shape and prioritize investments to enable efficient scaling as the company expands into new sectors
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and interface with executive stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors
- Progressive leadership roles & responsibilities demonstrated through experience base
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and target clear and concise message to the appropriate audience
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- Experience supporting the transition from government-focused engineering to dual-use (government + commercial) product lines
- INCOSE CSEP, PMP, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with Agile systems engineering and model-based approaches
- Prior involvement in new product introduction (NPI) or entry into new markets (e.g., commercial launch systems, ISR platforms, unmanned systems)

The Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a highly qualified Enterprise Architecture Lead, the USARPAC Enterprise Pacific IT C5 Solutions (EPICS) program at Ft. Shafter, HI, supporting the INDOPACOM customer to maintain a robust and reliable communication and network infrastructure to execute its mission. The Enterprise Architecture Lead is responsible for technical planning, system hardware-software-network design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding to bring about the successful completion of EPICS program goals and objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provide technical leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success
+ Evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems
+ Recommends and develops innovative technical solutions, products, and/or standards in support of EPICS strategy and operations
+ Leads and manages the engineering staff performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years or prior relevant experience.
+ Appropriate DoD 8140 Level 3 Certification.
+ TS/SCI
+ Experience in evaluating and improving IT infrastructure and C5 ISR capabilities.
+ Experience providing technical leadership to staff involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
