Responsibilities:
+ Analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and adapt strategies to evolving customer needs and industry dynamics for payer and trade customers
+ Track key customer experience metrics, analyze performance trends, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and refine strategies.
+ Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Pricing and Contracting and other internal teams to ensure strategies are aligned and market access resources are leveraged effectively

Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree is required with preferred master's degree in business.
+ 12+ years pharmaceutical or biotech experience, including 3+ years of front-line leadership experience.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior executives to support key initiatives.
+ Working knowledge of payer, SP, SD and IDN landscapes to support the market access team business needs
