**Overview**
Engineering leader with project management experience including full understanding of financial impact of engineering projects across specialty business. Individual with experience in engineering change implementation, fast paced manufacturing, custom engineered products and a strong commitment to quality. **Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the overall financial impact of Specialty Engineered projects. Plans, coordinates implementation of Engineering of Specialty Product in Chino Mfg site. Ensures the correct processes and tools are available for implementation
+ Develop processes and responsible for accuracy and improvement. Develop detailed specifications, detailed program plans and work breakdown structure, milestones, major review, schedule, cost, ect. Completes programs on schedule and on budget meeting all technical and customer requirements.
+ Responsible for managing and completing large engineering projects having strategic platform impact. Leads cross functional teams to achieve business goal. Manages and executes projects with general strategic direction from senior leadership. Identify manufacturing cost drivers and implement plan to control.
+ Responsible for presentation and preparation on Specialty product deliverables to cross functional team. Key contributor to business growth as a direct result of Engineering product projects.
+ Responsible for maintaining integrity of our engineering systems. Mentoring continuously and identifying capability gaps for development.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
+ 10+ years experience in technical product development and people management.

The salary or hourly range of $ $8,280 189,000 is just one component of Hussmann's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.

The Collins Aerospace Global Engineering Center in Puerto Rico is seeking a visionary and experienced technical manager to lead the Engineering Solutions & Analysis team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, adopting cutting-edge engineering practices, and advancing analytical capabilities within the Advanced Structures business unit. The selected candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement while promoting ownership and , accountability to build a high-performing team capable of delivering transformative results.
As Engineering Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute strategic initiatives, pilot projects, and impactful use cases. Reporting to the GES Animal Health Lead in Global Engineering Solutions (GES), the Associate Director will be part of a high performing team accountable for implementation of a major project within our Company's growing portfolio of Animal Health work. The Associate Director will serve as the Technical Lead for a large capital project (>$500MM) and be responsible for leading Suite teams, collaborating with design and construction partners, and driving equipment/process selection, design, startup and commissioning and qualification through all phases of the project.
The Associate Director participates in project activities ranging from business case development through the implementation of the business solution using the Capital Management stage gate process with varying degrees of responsibility and will exhibit sound leadership and exemplary partnership, communication, and vendor management skills. Job Description

EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager of Solutions Engineering to support our hyperscale Clients. The Manager will play a key role in program management of technical solutions tailored to complex Client requirements and aligned with industry best practices that meet Client needs and support business growth. This position requires strong project management and technical background and the ability to serve as a trusted technical individual, collaborate cross-functionally, manage priorities, and drive projects to successful completion. The Manager will also oversee multiple aspects of the solutions engineering process and will work with teams of cross-functional engineers, ensuring technical quality, professional development, and a culture of innovation, while fostering strong Client relationships and satisfaction.

  • Partner with the Solution Engineering leaders and Directors of Engineering to help manage the collection of key documents and content to support the response to critical Client information requests.
  • Partner with Clients to understand technical requirements and manage the development of tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Serve as a liaison between Client contacts and internal engineering and other managers to support Client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in Client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to communicate the value and capabilities of EdgeCore’s solutions.
  • Manage the process of providing responses to Client RFPs including the design and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Client needs, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Support the documentation and management of engineering standards, project workflows, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, operations, and support teams to deliver integrated, Client-focused solutions.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to influence future product enhancements based on Client input.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between Solutions Engineering and other departments.
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Travel is expected to be 30–50% but may have periods of increase as business needs evolve.


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required or relevant data center work experience. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Client engaged engineering, solutions engineering or a similar technical experience, with at prior exposure to hyperscale data centers strongly preferred.
  • Experience in data center infrastructure is required with experience in liquid cooling design a plus.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring engineering teams or project-based groups is a plus.
  • Clear and effective communicator, capable of presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
  • Understanding of Power, Site Selection, Engineering process for RFP, Industrial Real Estate and Client lease execution process.


What We Offer

  • This is a full-time salaried position, including equity compensation and commission-based incentives

  • If the right candidate will be located in Denver, the office is based in downtown Denver, with parking paid by EdgeCore
  • This role can also be based in Sterling, Virginia, with free on-site parking
  • Base annual salary range is $140,000 – 160,000, depending on experience
