+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support business objectives.
+ Create TE specific goals and measurements that are measured using data measured frequently, including scorecards at all levels for machine performance and people performance.
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

+ Regularly report on project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
**What you will need to have:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or equivalent military experience.
+ 10+ years of engineering experience, including 10+ years in a leadership role.
+ 10+ years of experience managing technical projects and engineering teams.
+ Strong understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
+ Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and delivering complex projects.
+ Ability to travel up to 40%
**What would be great to have:**
+ Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in the fintech industry or related technical fields.
+ Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt).

JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to plan, direct, and oversee the operations and staff of the Program Management and Engineering Department, which includes: planning, designing, and constructing of the CCWA water, wastewater, and stormwater assets and treatment facilities; developing and managing of the CCWA Strategic Master Plan; developing and maintaining the geographic information system (GIS) and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); directs asset management; and surveying, designing, planning review, construction managing and inspecting activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manages, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; develops and oversees employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and control; compiles and reviews timesheets; approves/processes employee concerns and problems and counsels or disciplines as appropriate; assists with or completes employee performance appraisals; directs work; acts as a liaison between employees and management; and trains staff in operations, policies, and procedures.

- Develops and maintains design and construction specifications and standards; communicates with local, regional, state, and federal regulatory agencies regarding permitting, design, construction, and environmental issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
