**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Executing Engineering Operations and Budgets**
- Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
- Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
- Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.
- Develops specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contracts to support building needs.
- Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.
- Assists in the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.

- Ensures building and equipment licenses and certifications are current.

- Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

The hourly pay range for this position is $29.81 to $40.38. Leidos Dig Mod Health IT division is seeking a skilled and collaborative **Endpoint Engineering Manager** to support a large highly visible Technology (IT) services effort at the Health Human & Human Services (HHS) in Rockville, MD. The **Endpoint Engineering Manager** is responsible for managing and leading the engineering teams for Endpoint Systems including PCs, mobile devices and unified communication and collaboration (UCC) tools used throughout the entire program. This individual will provide managerial oversight of the team while managing priorities and technical projects for the team. They will work with the Program Manager on technical road map initiatives and resource planning and allocation. They will serve as a senior technical escalation point for issues and challenges the team may face and provide overall feedback and guidance.They will act as a primary interface with the HHS customer and meet regularly with government counterparts to provide status updates, review projects and risks, and go over upcoming priorities. They will also interact and collaborate regularly with other cross-functional engineering teams and contractor teams in support of the HHS customer initiatives.
