Key Accountabilities Manages multiple medium to large-sized, highly complex projects to meet the business objective as identified in business cases; typically, 12 months or more in duration. Reviews and manages budgets, schedules, resources, and quality baselines to ensure timely delivery that meets stakeholders’ expectations. Directs and coordinates project team activities at various phases of the project life cycle. Manages relationships with project stakeholders to ensure attainment of business objectives and customer satisfaction. The Claims Technical Review Specialist provides advanced technical review of all types of claims in accordance with Company guidelines, client needs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs technical review and analysis of all types of claims, including large dollar and technically complex claims, to ensure accuracy and adherence to prescribed procedures and plan guidelines.
- Coordinates appeals through research and documentation; generates denial or approval letters.
- Coordinates predetermination reviews and performs analysis to determine benefit allowance and benefit category on all types of claims.
- Perform all functions of Third-Party Recovery (TPR); communicates with members, dependents, insurance companies, providers, and attorney offices throughout the process. Maintains and updates TPR files providing related itemizations and reports as needed.
- Processes refunds, voids, and overpayments, including related claim adjustments, file audits, monthly reports, and responses to general correspondence.
- Processes time loss claims and communicates with local union offices, medical service providers, employers, and members.
- Reviews and interprets new benefit plans or plan changes. Tests benefits, develops resource materials, and assists as a resource for staff and management.
- May provide back-up phone coverage or processing employee claims as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Three years of experience processing all types of group health benefit claims.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of benefits claims processing and claims adjudication principles and procedures.
- Excellent working knowledge of terminology related to processing medical and dental claims such as HCFA, CPT-4, ICD-10, HCPCS.
- Experience interpreting Plan documents and/or certificates of coverage related to benefits, eligibility, exclusions, and limitations.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages.
- Strong working knowledge of Claims systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, follow-through, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Tools and Applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a third-party administrator or Taft-Hartley environment.

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Project Manager/Principal Project Manager. This position will be located in Roy, Utah. The selected candidate will support the Sentinel / Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.
What You'll Get To Do:
- This position is responsible for vertical and horizontal integration of Command & Launch.
- Disciplines to include master planning, configuration and data management, digital engineering, business management, risk management, processes and tools, engineering, etc.
- This position regularly interfaces with senior management across the company and our customers.
- The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- The candidate will also review status of projects and budget, manage schedules and prepare status reports, assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- The selected candidate will also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with managers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as an integration function for the Command and Launch team engaging in many ad hoc activities required to ensure streamlined cadence and execution.
- Collaborate across all functions within the program to develop advanced concepts, techniques and requirements for new applications and tools.
- Coordinate schedules and provide Liaison assistance between the interfacing IPTs.
- Support the Command & Launch Team with vertical and horizontal integration activities in Roy Utah.
Successful candidates will have the following key attributes:
- Proactive anticipates requirements from higher management and initiate and complete actions required to meet those requirements.
- Perceptive sees the "big picture" but is also able to focus on the details and follows all of them through to completion.
- Composed maintains a "level head" in the extremely dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment, especially when working closely with management on projects with highly compressed timelines and tight deadlines.
- Discretion self-initiates tasks with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Project Management: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience. In lieu of formal degree, 4 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- Principal Project Management: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience or a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience or PhD and 1 year of related experience. In lieu of formal degree, 4 years of relevant experience may be considered.
- 1+ years experience with project management and/or Earned Value Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of a large complex program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- At least 1 year of previous experience leading a team.
- Experience with high level customer engagement
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Must have the ability to obtain SAP clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in system development
- Experience working within a multi-team environment
- Experience with Engineering Procurement System and Capital/Gov't Hardware Control
- Experience with schedule management, risk management and performance management
- Experience facilitating Program Reviews
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)

Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $5,800.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: 78,700.00 - 118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and/or Product Management . This individual will be responsible for the analysis, planning, and management of the improved business process implementation and automation on INFUSE internal projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project and product management, technical, and analytical skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth analysis for complex business-optimization projects across different independent departments
- Lead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phases.
- Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to reach the goals within the timeline.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations
- Analyze business needs, workflows, and processes, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements.
- Understand product workflows and vision from top management and transform them into process improvements and automation.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing solutions, mitigation strategies, and change management plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation and integration of business systems, processes, or technology solutions.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes.

- Proven experience in leading and managing projects (4+ years)
- Proven experience in business analysis (3+ years)
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager is a must
- Strong research and analytical skills are a must
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- In-depth experience in process analysis and optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, data and gap analysis
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes to validate hypotheses in the early stages is a plus
- Proven experience working with AI and implementing it into the products and/or business processes with proven results is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Proven record of successful management of digital and operational business process improvement projects
