- Seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter for our direct OEM clients.
- Experience with Engineering recruiting (Automotive industry experience is a big plus including OEM)
- Must be able to handle a req load of 10-12 openings.
- Demonstrate all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Cycle Recruitment in mid to large sized organizations
- 1-2 years in Automotive Engineering recruiting experience required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
- Proficient with the use of MS Office, Applicant Tracking software, LinkedIn recruiter and other Internet recruiting techniques.
- Must be self-motivated and ambitious.
- Strong social media presence and network within the hiring areas assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
