We are currently seeking a full-time, year-round Engineering Supervisor to support the smooth operation and maintenance of our Aspen property. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting luxury hospitality.
As Engineering Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing the hotel’s physical operations and maintenance functions. You will supervise a skilled engineering team, ensure all building systems are maintained to the highest standards, and serve as a key contact for emergencies or escalations in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
*Ideal start date no later than November 20, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations across hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Implement and manage a robust preventive maintenance program.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate engineering team members.
- Assist in planning capital improvements and special projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with local codes, safety procedures, and environmental standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance, ideally in hospitality.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Familiarity with local building, fire, and safety codes.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency with mobile work order systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment.

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Engineering Team. This team is responsible for the maintenance of complex manufacturing processes in our IVD Factory.

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) is seeking ambitious engineers to lead the world's largest lithium ion battery initiative. **Essential Duties:**
+ Leading a team of highly talented and motivated engineers in one of Panasonic's battery production processes. The duties of the team include but are not limited to:
+ Providing engineering support related to daily production activities.
+ Working to optimize OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) to increase productivity and reduce defect and loss.
+ Utilizing OEE and other production data to effectively manage tasks and activities.
+ Demonstrating solid troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly solve unknown problems.
+ Troubleshooting real time production problems to maintain production and reduce defects.
+ Monitoring and auditing manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications and standards are achieved.
+ Applying technical knowledge to develop clear and standard work instructions, SOP's and troubleshooting guides.
+ Developing new production processes and methods to increase production rates, improve quality, reduce defects, and reduce cost.
+ Leading by example with a strong work ethic and a "get the job done" approach.
+ Having excellent time and project management skills, including effectively allocating time and resources, clearly tracking project progress, and delivering accurate results by deadlines.
+ Developing effective short-term and long-term plans for the team to achieve business targets.
+ Effectively communicating and working with management teams, team members, and related divisions (e.g. Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Control).

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Process and CI engineers to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. The role involves managing engineering teams, overseeing technical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuously improving processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
